I decided to get a new toy, I got a Garmin Vivofit. So far I love it. It tracks my steps, sleep, calories burned, etc. It is great. I’m really hoping that it keeps me motivated to keep moving and helps track my sleeping patterns. Here is a picture of it on my wrist:

Yeah…I didn’t sleep well that night. I went to bed early, I got 9.22 hours of sleep, but yeah. It wasn’t very restful. I did try to go to bed early, that was intentional. I have been absolutely exhausted since getting back from Denver. Then Monday was a late night with softball, plus I did a crossfit workout after work. Yep, I’m insane.
Have you guys gotten any new toys? Are you doing anything to improve your movement?
