24-Day Challenge: Day 3


Well it sure was nice having yesterday off, minus the horrible headache from the coffee detox going on. Hopefully that is under control now. I at least did not wake up with it today. Though I have to say, it could be worse. Yesterday was freezing, today at my house it was -5. Gross. I still cannot believe that not even 7 days ago, it was 70 degrees outside. Montana, isn’t it wonderful. Though I am getting more and more into the Christmas Spirit! YAY!

Here is a recap of Day 3:
30 mins prior to Breakfast – Mango Strawberry Spark

Breakfast – P&C Fiber Drink, Egg Muffins (eggs, bacon, broccoli) w/salsa

Snack – Banana

Lunch – Pork Steak and carrots

Snack – Banana

Dinner – OmegaPlex, Beef Stew (beef, carrots, onions, potatoes), crusty white bread

Snack – None

Bedtime – Catalyst, Herbal Cleanse Caplets

Crossfit – 10, 9, 8,…3, 2, 1, 1, 2…,8, 9, 10 Goblet Squats (45lbs), Handwalk Pushups
Steps – 3,707 (oops!)

Well I can tell that I did not feel good and it was super cold! 3,700 steps! YIKES! I don’t even remember a time when they were that small! I guess vegging out on the couch watching the new season of Grey’s Anatomy doesn’t get the steps in! Ha! Good news is I feel a million times better today, so that should work in my favor, steps wise! We shall see!
