Advocare Cleanse Day 3!

Well yesterday was an interesting day. I had my brother finishing up my car repairs and on a busy day that was a disaster, but it worked out in the end. The car is running good (knock on wood) and I got all my stuff done. The alarm went off too early this morning, but that’s life I suppose.

We have a guy doing a detail in our office from Colorado this week. So we went out to lunch yesterday. That was pretty fun. I didn’t want him to have to eat alone the whole time he was here! That would be no fun at all. So hopefully that helped. We went to a local place called Hog Wild. It’s just a little cafe that mainly prepares pork, but also has other options as well. The food is always good and the portions are insane.

Here is the recap:
30mins before breakfast: Probiotic Restore (2), coffee w/milk

Breakfast: Mint Chocolate Brownie MRS, P&C Fiber Drink, Reduced Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal

Snack: apple w/peanut butter

Lunch: chicken fried steak w/gravy, mashed potatoes

Snack: mandarin orange Spark

Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl-chicken, white rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, sour cream

Snack: none

Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse Caplets (2), Catalyst (3)
