Advocare Cleanse Day 10!

Well I’m officially all done with the cleanse! Now it’s back on MNS 3 without the sugar cravings and craziness that my body tends to like when I haven’t been so good with my diet. I have to say I like the new system a lot better. It’s so much easier and I felt like it was easier on my body as well. So that’s very good. Nothing too crazy to report from yesterday, we are getting some rain today. It’s very much needed. We didn’t get much snow this winter and it’s been a very warm, very dry spring so far. So the little extra rain is greatly appreciated.

New Cleanse

I had a weak moment last night. I had a bacon cheeseburger AND a strawberry milkshake. It was so good. It was so hot here yesterday, my energy levels were crap, and I was headed to church. Yep, I just made a bunch of excuses to justify my cheeseburger and milkshake. I don’t regret it one bit. I’m really struggling to consume enough calories lately and I have to be careful with that so that I don’t gain weight with all the extra training that I’m doing. I know that calories are not equal, but please don’t be rude and shame me for being human. Anywho, moving along, here’s the recap.

Day 10

Advocare Cleanse Day 9

The cleanse is almost over! Only one more day remaining. I have to say I’m really enjoying the new simplified cleanse. It really does make things easier. If you haven’t heard the new cleanse gives you enough of ALL the products for the WHOLE 10 days. Instead of before, where you took the probiotic some days, the fiber drink some days and the cleanse caplets some days. Now you take all of them the whole 10 days. I think it’s really a great improvement. Here is a picture of the new cleanse:

I’ve also decided it’s time to give up coffee again. It’s just not doing it for me anymore. I don’t even drink a full cup in the morning and it just feels like a waste of money. So I’ll be switching to tea and hopefully I find a good one that I like. Until then I’ll drink my coffee and maybe switch between that and Spark. Now for the recap!

Well yesterday was definitely a Monday! I was in bed by 745 last night and was so ready. It wasn’t a bad day by any means but it wasn’t a super fun day either. I made some grilled chicken thighs and potatoes for dinner. It feels like it’s been ages since I actually cooked. So that actually felt good. Other than that here we are and April is almost over!

Wow. What a weekend. I had softball practice Friday night and dinner with the folks, then Saturday I was at a vendor show all day and then dinner with family that was in town and Sunday was the norm church and Sunday night dinner. Oh and it was rainy all weekend. It was beautiful. I love rainy weather. There’s just something so comforting about the rain coming down outside and snuggling up with the pup and watching Netflix! Anywho, here is a recap of the last 3 days.

Well I’m definitely into the busy part of my week. Today will be interesting with work, gym and softball practice. Oh and there’s a vendor show at the Shrine tomorrow. Yep, got to get ready for that. It’s going to be crazy. Anyway, yesterday was a pretty good day. Nothing really exciting to share, but an overall good day.

After the workout I didn’t feel real good. So I went home and felt better and had some chips and guac then went to the church for FPU and got the bagel sandwich and latte and after that my stomach has been pretty upset. Wonder what is going on?

Advocare Cleanse Day 3!

Well yesterday was an interesting day. I had my brother finishing up my car repairs and on a busy day that was a disaster, but it worked out in the end. The car is running good (knock on wood) and I got all my stuff done. The alarm went off too early this morning, but that’s life I suppose.

We have a guy doing a detail in our office from Colorado this week. So we went out to lunch yesterday. That was pretty fun. I didn’t want him to have to eat alone the whole time he was here! That would be no fun at all. So hopefully that helped. We went to a local place called Hog Wild. It’s just a little cafe that mainly prepares pork, but also has other options as well. The food is always good and the portions are insane.
